Prince Harry is slated to visit New Zealand, including the small town of Stewart Island, which has a population of 378, according to Hello Magazine. The fourth-in-line to the throne will arrive on May 9 in Wellington. According to TVNZ, he will be visiting Wanaka, Auckland, Christchurch and Stewart Island.

New Zealand Prime Minister John Key noted that a program is being planned for this visit.

"An interesting program is being planned for Prince Harry to try and meet a wide range of New Zealanders in different communities. I am confident Prince Harry will have a fantastic time while he is here and I hope many New Zealanders enjoy the chance to see him," Key said.

The Royal is currently in Australia for his four-week secondment with the Australian Defence Army before finally leaving the military career in June.

Last week, Prince Harry was greeted by the crowd who welcomed him at the Australian War memorial in Canberra. People Magazine reported that, on his arrival, Prince Harry personally delivered a letter from the Queen to Air Chief Marshal Binskin, which reportedly states the importance of the relationship of Australia and the United Kingdom.

"I know that Captain Wales will benefit greatly from spending time with the Australian Diggers," the Queen wrote. "I thank you for welcoming him into your ranks."

During his secondment, the grandson of the Queen will reportedly engage in different activities and training exercises. The Australian Defence Force said that they will provide the Britain's prince an "authentic military experience in the Australian army."

Prince Harry confirmed in March that he will officially leave the armed forces in June.

"After a decade of service, moving on from the army has been a really tough decision. I consider myself incredibly lucky to have had the chance to do some very challenging jobs and have met many fantastic people in the process," he was quoted as saying.
