Amber Heard showed off his modeling chops as she stepped out of a taxi in Manhattan. The Johnny Depp's wife dropped an original song "Montreal" as part of the musical drama, "When I Live My Life Over Again."

"Amber Heard bared her taut midriff in a cut-out, patterned maxi-dress on the streets of Manhattan Friday," said Daily Mail. "The birthday girl - who turns 29 on Wednesday - finished off her bohemian attire with a long black coat, matching purse, and bronze loafers."

Johnny Depp's wife will next be seen in "When I Live My Life Over Again" opposite Christopher Walken. The movie will debut at the Tribeca Film Festival.

As part of the movie's soundtrack, Amber Heard made her singing debut with the ballad "Montreal."

Director Robert Edwards, who also penned "When I Live My Life Over Again," said, "This is a song I wrote with my brother, who is a musician and songwriter/composer based in Tokyo."

"I was interested in telling a story where the protagonist alludes to some vague but important event in his or her life without ever telling us exactly what happened, only where," he told Indie Wire.

"I've never even been to Montreal, except the airport. I gave Joe a demo with just acoustic guitar and some thoughts on how I imagined it, and he did the radically different arrangement that's in the movie."

In the movie, Johnny Depp's wife, Amber Heard, "plays as a struggling singer-songwriter who escapes to the Hamptons home of her dad - who is desperately struggling to chart his own musical comeback," said The Hollywood Reporter.

"The film turns a hilarious, sometimes-bittersweet lens on ambition and innocence, and the fraught terrain of the father-daughter relationship," the article added.

"Oliver Platt, Ann Magnuson, Hamish Linklater, Henry Kelemen and Kelli Garner round out the cast."
