Actress Yoon Eun Hye is currently considering an offer to join the second season of the Chinese fashion competition show "Muse Dress." Contestants create and model their own fashions on this show and she would compete with other fledgling designers.
But she's not really a designer newbie. The actress, who starred in "Missing You," Coffee Prince" and "Princess Hours," has been designing clothes since 2009. That was the year that she designed a line of clothes called Yoon Eun Hye for Joinus, a company that she previously represented. The Yoon Eun Hye line of dresses featured modern and simple silhouettes with a few feminine touches. In 2014, she also designed a line of Samantha Thavasa handbags that quickly sold out in Korea.
Both Gong Hyo Jin and Jessica Jung are also designing women.
In 2014, former Girls Generation member and actress Jessica Jung launched the brand "Blanc & Eclare," which is currently selling a lot of sunglasses. Her fashion company is based in Hong Kong, but the famous fashionista plans to expand her line of accessories and possibly open a branch in New York City.
Gong Hyo Jin is not afraid to wear whatever a role requires, whether it's the asylum-style nightgown she wore in "The Master's Sun" or the punk rocker look she sports in stills for "Producer." But in real life, the actress is considered a fashion icon. She has translated her quirky but distinctive sense of style into dress and shoe designs The actress helped produce a shoe collection for the brand pushBUTTON and Seucomma Bonnie. She also designed the LAP by Gong Hyo Jin line of feminine and funky clothes for the Los Angeles Project fashion shop.
Choi Kang Hee may have looked frumpy in "Heart to Heart" but in real life the actress is known for her fun fashion sense and love of stylish clothes. She filmed the cable program "Choi Kang Hee's Six Addictions" which focused on her love of clothes shopping. The model, actress and disc jockey is frequently seen at Seoul Fashion Week and has her own clothing brand Nowhere333.
Ko So Young launched her signature fashion brand KOSOYOUNG in 2013. The concept behind the brand is that her clothes are beautiful but comfortable to wear, luxurious but moderately priced. Ko So Young contributed to the design, material selection, production, and even modeled the finished designs.
Park Shin Hye has tried her hand at designing too. She is one of Bruno Magli's favorite models in Asia and with her increasing interest in fashion, recently helped to design some of their bags.
