The LG G Flex 2 is now available in India at Rs. 54,990 (approx. $863), according to Gadgets NDTV.
According to LG, the G Flex 2 has a 5.5-inch curved Full HD P-OLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a ppi of 403. The handset has an Advanced Self-Healing back that repairs most scratches that occur from everyday use.
The device features GlanceView, which shows the key information such as the time, missed calls, messages with a downward swipe on the curved screen even if the display is off.
Under the hood, the LG G Flex 2 runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor with a 2.0GHz 64-bit Octa-Core CPU. It has 2GB of RAM and two storage variants, which are 16 and 32GB, respectively, which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card.
The handset has 13MP rear camera with a laser autofocus similar to LG G3, optical image stabilization, dual LED two-tone flash and 4K Ultra HD Camcorder. The front-facing camera has 2.1MP with gesture shot, soft light and gesture view.
The LG G Flex 2 runs on the Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system and has a 3,000 mAh battery with a fast-charging feature that can produce a 50 percent charge in about 40 minutes.
Other features of the device include a knock code, glance view, customizable swing lock screen, smart notice and QuickMemo.
The LG G Flex 2 connectivity options include 4G LTE-A with tri-band carrier aggregation, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, SlimPort, HSPA+, Bluetooth Smart Ready (Apt-X) 4.1, NFC GPS. A-GPS, USB 2.0 and GLONASS.
