"IRIS 2" South Korea's national security becomes threatened by the North.

March 13, the 9th episode of the KBS drama "IRIS 2" was aired, featuring North Korea preparing to launch a missile aimed at South Korea.

Previously in the 8th episode, Yoo Joong Won (Lee Bum Soo) speaking to chairman Kwon Young Chun (Ahn Seung Hoon) to request for the right to command the unit that controls the missiles in the exchange for accomplishing the set up of a North-South conference. This episode ends as soon as this request is made, creating more tension in the drama.

It appears as though the NSS will declare a state of emergency as Yoo Joong Won will have a good chance of gaining control of the missiles. The situation will become more delicate than ever before, with missiles that may be fired at any moment.

Viewers are on the edge of their seats, curious about why Yoo Joong Won is resorting to such drastic measures. Something that is for sure, is that Choi Min (Oh Yeon Soo) will be working to counteract all of Yoo Joong Won's doings.
