Many royal fans have been curious about Kate Middleton's workout and diet routine that has allowed her to lose a lot of weight just a few weeks after giving birth to Princess Charlotte.

According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, a bodyguard of the royal family allegedly dished out that Kate Middleton's workout includes pole dancing.

"Kate agreed to have a lesson as a bit of a laugh," the insider reportedly told Star Magazine. "She was so nervous about being seen or recognized, she used to wear a scarf around her head as a disguise.

"But, she loved it! She tells everyone that it was great exercise, and she told me that a woman should always have secret talents up her sleeve."

However, Queen Elizabeth is purportedly not happy with Kate Middleton's choice of workout. Apparently, the Queen allegedly thinks pole dancing is a "stripper's exercise" and that it's not in line with how a prim and proper Duchess should behave.

People previously reported that Kate Middleton works with a top London trainer whose clientele include A-listers, royals and executives. The trainer was purportedly employed by Kate Middleton throughout her pregnancy to monitor her fitness.

"It's a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price," a royal insider reportedly said. "The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week."

Aside from her workout, healthy diet is also reportedly part of Kate Middleton's royal fitness regimen.

The 33-year-old mother of two chooses to feast on organic fruits, vegetables and lean meats. It has also been previously reported that the Duchess is a fan of fruit and vegetable juices and smoothies.

It has also been reported that Kate Middleton's sister, Pippa Middleton, has arranged for fresh juices to be delivered to the Duchess on a regular basis after she gave birth to Princess Charlotte.
