Anne Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman took an early wedding celebration as they vacationed in Ibiza. Spain last week.

The couple is going to celebrate their third wedding anniversary on Sept. 29.

"Anne looked amazing in a leaf-print two piece bathing suit and Adam seemed to agree, hugging her close as they waded in the ocean near the yacht they've been enjoying courtesy of the actress' good friend Valentino," Daily Mail said.

Perhaps knowing that the paparazzi are around, Adam Shulman waited on Anne Hathaway with a beach towel which she used to wrap herself while going up the ladder of the yacht in her bikini.

She then donned a sheer dress which showed her floral bikini underneath as she waved to fans on the beach.

In October last year, Anne Hathaway said that marriage to Adam Shulman wasn't what she expected.

"When we got married, I thought it was a great party," she said. "I honestly thought we were doing it more for tradition. I wasn't prepared for the radical shift my heart was going to have."

"I'm very fortunate that my husband has a job that allows him to travel and kind of make his own schedule. So he travels with me whenever possible. We have a rule that we aren't apart for more than two weeks," Anne Hathaway said of her husband, who's also an actor but is more successful as a jewelry designer.

In January this year, she was gushing about being married to Adam Shulman and how it changed her to the core.

"We both talked about it beforehand, and how it wasn't going to change anything, but something shifts," she said. "I didn't realize that I was keeping a part of myself protected, and it's kind of all on the line now. I'm his and he's mine."
