Ratings for SBS' "Yong Pal" continue to rise. While there was a momentary drop in ratings, the medical series experienced an increase with episode 11. According to the report issued by Nielsen Korea, "Yong Pal" increased to 19.3 in nationwide viewership for its September 9 episode. This is an increase of 1.9 from the 10th episode of the series.

"Yong Pal" delved into the tenuous situation surrounding Han Yeo Jin (Kim Tae Hee) and her physician protector, Kim Tae Hyun (Joo Won). The enforcers surrounding her half-brother, Han Do Joon (Jo Hyun Jae) began to close in after he staged a fake funeral for the heiress.

Tae Hyun was propositioned by Lee Chae Young (Chae Jung An) and received a marriage proposal from Yeo Jin, as he continued to fear his safety.

As the outside world believed that she was dead, Yeo Jin entered the room where she was housed as a modern-day sleeping beauty. Upon her entrance, she discovered the message that was left for her by her dying father.

MBC's period vampire drama, "Scholar Who Walks the Night" recorded 6.2 percent. The supernatural series aired its penultimate episode on September 9. This was a decrease of 7.9 from its previous episode.

The vampire Gwi (Lee Soo Hyuk) continued to rule over Korea while the deposed King (TVXQ's Changmin) and the night scholar Kim Sung Yeol (Lee Joon Gi) continued to organize the peasant's revolt.

The Queen (Kim So Eun) was met with an unfortunate fate, as the King and Sung Yeol prepared to face off against Gwi.

Meanwhile, the KBS2 series "Assembly," recorded 5.7 percent in nationwide viewership.
