A year after Joan Rivers passed away, circumstances surrounding her death continue to be a center of debate and speculations among fans and the press.

According to a new report, a thorough investigation has allegedly uncovered shocking truths about Joan Rivers' death.

The Enquirer reported that lifesaving measures were allegedly delayed and that there was purportedly no autopsy performed on the comedienne's body.

"Dr Gwen Korovin performed 'unsanctioned procedures' on Joan Rivers and her presence wasn't listed in the medical record - a side note from another doctor was the sole mention," Celeb Dirty Laundry said, with The Enquirer as referrence.

"If not for this note, investigators may not have known the woman was in the room when she should not have been."

Furthermore, there are allegedly misstatements surrounding the conditions of Joan's health before her death.

"The tabloid reports that Dr Lawrence Cohen wasn't honest when he stated that he performed one procedure when, in fact, he performed two procedures on Rivers when she had consented to only one," CDL continued. "It was after the second procedure that Joan Rivers went into distress."

Meanwhile, Joan Rivers' daughter, Melissa Rivers, continues to move on from her mother's death by focusing her energy on her late mother's show, "Fashion Police," along with Giuliana Rancic and Brad Goreski, and special guests NeNe Leakes and Margaret Cho.

"A segment pitched by Melissa herself, called 'What Would Joan Say?,' integrates the show's audience in the fashion-policing process," Yahoo! News reported.

"Fans are able to submit pictures of both street and celebrity fashion via social media and ask the new hosts to guess 'What Would Joan Think?' Melissa said she got the idea because people have continually come up to her since her mother's passing asking what she believes her mother's thoughts would be on events and fashions," the report continued.
