On Monday, In Los Angeles, Jen looked downcast and upset as she sat in the passenger seat of a car being driven by Ben, Daily Mail reported. The estranged couple, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck, who are both back in the city after completing film projects, were spotted in their Mercedes SUV.
Jennifer, 43, seemed to bite her lip and furrow her brow as if she was worried about something while Ben, also 43, kept a poker face as he stared straight ahead and focused on driving, Daily Mail noted.
The couple announced their split three months ago. They, however, managed to play the role of happy family for the sake of their three children: Violet, nine, Seraphina, six, and Samuel, three. The effort seems tough on both of them given that they live their lives in the celebrity spotlight.
Later in the day on Monday, Jen was seen collecting son Samuel from an art class and still looked as if she had the weight of the world on her shoulders, Daily Mail reported. She seemed lost in thought as she walked hand-in-hand with her little boy. She wore jeans and a t-shirt and her hair looked uncared for. Samuel was color-coordinated in blue shirt, shorts, socks and sneakers.

It was explained that they were simply seeking professional help to guide them through the changes that divorce brings.
