The widow of Robin Williams has ended a long legal tussle with his children over the comedian's $100 million estate.

Although the details of the out-of-courts settlement were not disclosed, both parties are reportedly happy with the results.

Lawyer James Wagstaffe, however, said that Susan Williams will stay in the home she shared with the late comedian in San Francisco Bay Area as part of the settlement. She will also get a monthly stipend as living expenses for the rest of her life.

"Wagstaffe said she also will receive a watch Robin Williams often wore, a bike bought on their honeymoon, and their wedding gifts," according to Guardian.

The lawyer said, "Susan gets to enforce Robin's wishes. She gets to stay in the house as Robin wanted, with the trust being created to pay the expenses."

Robin Williams' children Zachary, Zelda and Cody have not contested the out-of-court settlement which will still be subjected to court approval. As part of the deal, they would get to keep the awards that the comedian received throughout his life.

Lawyer Meredith Bushnell, said that her clients are "just very happy to have this behind them."

The out-of-court settlement was an offshoot of the petition filed by Robin Williams' widow back in December asking that the contents of her home should not be included in the things bequeathed by the comedian to his children.

Although the will of Robin Williams left his entire estate to his three children, there's a provision that his widow and their two children should be taken care of.

Robin Williams' widow also released a statement following the out-of-court settlement.

"While it's hard to speak of this as a win, given it stems from the greatest loss of all," it said. "I am deeply grateful to the judge for helping resolve these issues. I can live in peace knowing that my husband's wishes were honored."
