The View TV Show seems to have a sizzling new start last month. Reportedly, two weeks after ABC's talk show's new season, a foul showdown erupted on the set of The View. According to Daily Mail, Whoopi Goldberg and co-host Rosie O'Donnell got into a heated argument in front of the studio audience.

According to NY Daily News, the fight broke out during a commercial after Goldberg cut off O'Donnell to go to the break. Reportedly, Rosie was upset because Whoopi cut her off on a "Hot Topic" subject that O'Donnell indicated she was passionate about backstage before the show.

NY Daily News noted that Whoopi was accused by O'Donnell of "hurting her feelings."  Goldberg snapped and said: "I'm really sick of your s---!"

The said "Hot Topic" was about spanking and report said that the segment was running long. Reportedly, producers told Whoopi through an earpiece that it was time to go to commercial break. Rosie refuses to wear an ISD monitor in her ear so the control room is unable to speak to her.

According to Daily Mail, Whoopi told O'Donnell that if she had an ear monitor, she would have known what was going on.

An insider told the publication that Rosie let loose when Whoopi did the abrupt cut.

"As soon as they went to commercial break, Rosie took the handheld microphone that they use to engage the audience," explains the insider. "Instead of talking to the crowd, Rosie spoke directly to Whoopi in the mic that she 'hurt my feelings,' and that she was 'very upset by it' and 'didn't appreciate' what Whoopi had done."

Reportedly Whoopi responded without microphone saying: "This isn't the time for this, Rosie."

According to the source Rosie, instead of moving on continued to argue infront of the audience.

"I said this was not the time Rosie," Goldberg looking annoyed responded.

This is not the first time that O'Donnell has done such. Reportedly, during her first tour with "The View" in 2007 she walked off the set after a verbal squabble with former co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck.
