Cameron Diaz apparently wanted to do everything to get pregnant with Benjji Madden and have that baby bump.

According to the report, Cameron Diaz even heeded Nicole Kidman's advice to bathe in the Kununurra waters in order to get pregnant.

In an interview for the Women's Weekly, Nicole Kidman recounted that back in 2008 while filming in Western Australia, she got pregnant with Sunday Rose.

"Nothing happened in a small way on this film... we had heat and torrential rains and equine flu and then I got pregnant," she said. "Seven babies were conceived out of this film and only one was a boy. There is something up there in the Kununurra water because we all went swimming in the waterfalls, so we can call it the fertility waters now."

But the baby bump didn't happen for her as Cameron Diaz has reportedly resorted to IVF so she could get pregnant.

"Having a baby is all she talks about!" the insider told OK! magazine.

"Cameron is very open-minded-she even tired bathing in Aboriginal waters in Australia to boost fertility, which she heard about from Nicole Kidman. Unfortunately, it didn't work, so not she's turned to IVF," the insider added.

The rumor about Cameron Diaz being pregnant with Benji Madden's baby was started by Life & Style magazine, as shared by Hollywood Life, which claimed that the baby bump is for twins.

"Although she's just a few weeks in, Cameron is hoping her babies turn out to be a boy and a girl. She's excited to start shopping for the nursery," the tabloid said.

At this point, Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden are "very cautious" about the baby bump but the good news is "she's very healthy and everything looks great so far.

"He's so protective of her and the babies that it's hard for him to focus on anything else. He just can't wait to be a dad," the source added of the former Good Charlotte guitarist.
