Kim Sears is getting as much attention when she cheers for husband Andy Murray during matches. And the tennis ace's wife reportedly hates every bit of it.
The world's no. 3 shared to New York Times the love-hate relationship of his wife with the media.
"I know she doesn't like that and doesn't want that," he said of Kim Sears attitude towards fame. "We've never asked for that. It's not something that she courts. She doesn't like being in the newspapers, and people commenting on what she's wearing and how she looks, and those sorts of things."
"That's one of the things that I guess she's also sacrificed, a little bit, for our relationship, and I appreciate that a lot. But hopefully there's only a few more years left of it, and then we can get away from all of that stuff," he added.
But even if Andy Murray's wife hate the fame aspect of his success, there's something the tennis player should thank Kim Sears for-fattening his bank account.
"Since Kim became Mrs Murray, she has reportedly boosted the earning power of her husband by at least £30 million," claimed Daily Mail. "The couple, who married in April this year, have now been dubbed the 'new Beckhams' in terms of market appeal."
David Beckham and wife, Victoria, of course have a reported net worth of $770 million, according to the London School of Marketing.
If Andy Murray's wife hates fame, then she would really be disgusted by the rumors flying around regarding Kim Sears' baby bump.
"The couple, who married in the tennis player's hometown of Dunblane in April, have announced the pregnancy to their family and friends, according to The Sun newspaper," the report from The Telegraph alleged. "The announcement came after Kim, 27, visited hospital for a 12-week scan, with the baby due in February."
