"The cold wind was blowing, but Lee Tae Im continued to shoot with the crew, without complaint," said a representative for ARENA Homme, in a statement published by Edaily.
The irony of the photo shoot was likely recognized by Lee, who became embroiled in controversy, followed alleged foul language and complaints about working in cold, outdoors conditions, during the variety show, "My Tutor Friend."
In February 2015, the actress was accused of cursing at Yewon and provoking an argument, when the younger performer did not use honorifics or the customary practice of using higher speech with individuals who are older or more experienced in a work environment.
Yewon denied using lower speech or appearing annoyed with the other star.
Claims by Yewon were later refuted when video footage from the alleged altercation was leaked, proving that Lee only responded harshly to the idol-turned-actress, after she used lowered speech.
On October 22, Lee appeared at a press conference for the upcoming Drama H series, "You Will Love Me." During the event, she briefly discussed her scandal with former K-pop idol, Yewon, but remained positive for her return to television.
She portrays Park Ji Ho, an aspiring drama screenwriter, who becomes an expert in providing relationship advice.
In the series, she is reunited with her "My Heart Twinkle Twinkle" co-star, Oh Chang Suk.
"You Will Love Me" premieres on October 29. The daytime series will air on Thursdays and Fridays at 12:30 p.m. KST.
The entire ARENA Homme pictorial featuring Lee Tae Im will run in the November 2015 issue of the men's fashion magazine.
