Khloe Kardashian lashed back at critics after she went through a tough few weeks by Lamar Odom's bedside following his coma.
In a series of posts on her Twitter, she said that the People cover story was a result of the interview prior to Lamar Odom going into coma.
"Shame on you all for thinking the worst of me. It's been a tough few weeks. I don't need your fucked up energy!" she wrote of her critics.
In her People interview, she said that even if they are undergoing divorce, she had to be there for her ex-husband.
"All I knew was I had to get there," she said. "I had to get to him and make sure he was okay. I hate that he was in that situation. I wouldn't want anybody in that situation, especially someone I love and care about."
Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's divorce isn't finalized yet by the LA court, which means they are technically still married and she's responsible for her affairs while he was in coma. The "KUWTK" star, meanwhile, is dating James Harden who is said to be very supportive about her helping the former Lakers forward.
"There are too many other important things, too many medical things. It's not even in our brains thinking about us as a couple or having a relationship right now," she said.
"I loved him always, and I will always love him," Khloe Kardashian said of Lamar Odom. "I don't believe love is fickle. I believe when you love someone, you are allowed to love from afar. You don't have to be with that person in order to love him."
Lamar Odom lapsed into coma after he was found unconcious inside the Las Vegas brothel room which he rented for $75,000. He reportedly overdosed on drugs although no medical report was released. To date, the former basketball champion is recovering from his condition.
