Joe Giudice's cheating ways have been splashed all over the tabloids, but "RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice, who is now in prison, is still not considering divorce.

According to Life & Style magazine, per CDL, Teresa Giudice knows that her husband is cheating while she's in prison.

"She isn't stupid, she knows he cheats," the alleged source said. "But she won't leave him. Teresa comes from that old-school Italian philosophy that says men have needs and appetites. She just wishes Joe were more discreet about it."

Teresa Giudice is serving a prison sentence for fraud, and husband Joe Giudice will begin his 41-month prison sentence after the former "Real Housewives of New Jersey" star gets out this year.

Radar Online has published a series of photos that allegedly proved that Joe was cheating on Teresa Giudice while the "Real Housewives of New Jersey" is in prison.

The double date, where Joe was seated next to the unidentified woman, occurred at Seabra's seafood restaurant in Newark, New Jersey on April 29.

"Joe is a total pig," the alleged source added. "I mean, he is just so out of control with his cheating, it's amazing she's stood by him." And stand by him she does! Juicy Joe is the biggest reason Tre is in prison right now - and he freely admits it - he has no shame."

As if being in prison, where her life is at risk from violent inmates, is not enough, the source claimed that "every night when she's in prison, Teresa is worried that Joe is with another woman."

Just two weeks ago, it was reported that "RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice complained about the very invasive experience when she was strip-searched by prison officials who suspected her of smuggling a mobile phone inside.

"You know, they thought I was doing it from here. I got shaken down, like our room got shaken down. I guess they were looking for a cell phone or something," she said. "They're so invading!"
