The coma has not put a scare on Lamar Odom as he allegedly tried to smuggle in drugs through a close associate.

According to TMZ, the guy-"who claimed to be Lamar's assistant"-tried to enter Lamar Odom's room around 11 p.m. but was stopped by security.

"Our sources say the guy has a history with Lamar and Odom's people believe he facilitated Lamar's drug use. The 2 men lived together in Vegas at some point," the report claimed. "We're told Lamar's management fired the guy the day Lamar went into the hospital."

"Security was unbending and refused to let the man in," it said. "There was yelling and 'a big scene' before he was escorted out."

It appeared that Lamar Odom waited until ex Khloe Kardashian left the hospital before trying to sneak the drugs in.

Khloe Kardashian, who waited hand and foot on Lamar Odom while he was in coma, flew to Houston to watch a game of her boyfriend James Harden.

Now Radar Online is reporting that Khloe Kardashian found out about what happened and was naturally livid, especially since Lamar Odom had just come off a coma due to a reported drug overdose in a Las Vegas brothel room.

"Khloe found out that it was Lamar that had called his drug dealer and old roommate, and told him to come to the hospital," the alleged source claimed. "The friend showed up and went directly to Lamar's room in ICU. He knew exactly where to go!"

The source went on to add, "Luckily, security denied access, but not before he made it known he was angry that Khloe had changed the locks on Lamar's loft in Los Angeles,"

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom signed their divorce papers earlier this year and speculations about the reunion sparked when the "KUWTK" star rushed to his hospital bedside when he was in coma.
