James Harden's girlfriend Khloe Kardashian is not about to reveal Lamar Odom's medical condition when he was found unconscious in a Las Vegas brothel room that led to his coma. Meanwhile, the 31-year-old went braless as she resumes filming for new episodes of "KUWTK."

Speculations about Lamar Odom having overdosed on drugs at the brothel circulated, but those were never confirmed by doctors, the former basketball star's family and any of the Kardashians.

"I'm very protective of my family," she told Yahoo Style. "I know, it's bad - and I love that - it's just who I am. And I get that it can be too much. Sometimes I talk too much. I'm just ... very honest."

As for Lamar Odom's medical condition that led to his coma, she becomes introspective especially since she had to take to social media to explain why she's not going to social media for the meantime while she cares for her husband (they are still technically married since the divorce has yet to be finalized).

"If you look at my past with him, I've always been more private," the "KUWTK" star said. "So for me, keeping this private is a big deal. I've seen a lot of people talk about it, and I think they shouldn't; you shouldn't talk about a medical situation unless you're around it."

"Not everyone needs to know everything about you - I know that sounds crazy coming from me. There's already so much access to [my family], I wanted to keep a little percentage of my life just for me," she added.

So don't expect Khloe Kardashian to talk about Lamar Odom's coma on "KUWTK" as James Harden's girlfriend resumes filming for the reality show.

On Tuesday, Khloe Kardashian was snapped without a bra in Los Angeles while getting her makeup and hair done.

"Khloe's outfit for her busy day showcased her curves in a flimsy unbuttoned blouse and super tight jeans," said Daily Mail. "The E! star teamed her outfit with sky-high black Louboutin heels and accessorized with large aviator sunglasses and a patent leather handbag."
