Count in Adele among the countless fans who are waiting for Frank Ocean to drop his new album "Boys Don't Cry." Meanwhile, Wale clarified his earlier statement about the "Forrest Gump" singer getting recognition only because he's gay.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the Grammy winner let slip that she's actually a fan of Frank Ocean and is among the hordes waiting for the release of the new album.

"When I have nothing to say, I'd rather just not talk," she said.

She then went on a rant, "I'm just f****ng waiting for Frank fucking Ocean to come out with his album. It's taking so f****ng long. That sounds so stupid, coming from me, doesn't it?"

Meanwhile, Wale explained on his earlier slam of Frank Ocean amid the hype generated by the delay in the release of his new album, "Boys Don't Cry."

In an interview with TMZ, he said that Frank Ocean's rise to stardom was "accelerated" because of his own situation.

"I'm not taking nothing away from Frank Ocean, the gay community, the straight community, none of that," he said. "I'm just saying it was a unique situation."

In an interview with Power 105.1 FM, as shared by The Guardian, the rapper suggested that Frank Ocean wouldn't have been getting all the acclaim if he wasn't gay.

"If a dude was gay, man, he'd get a Grammy," he said. "They're gonna make fun of them. They're gonna throw their Twitter jokes ... but in the next three years there's probably gonna be a dude who's not even gay that's just like 'Man, this is my last resort' ... But nah, I would sign a gay rapper if he was dope. 'Go ahead man, go do that thing, go do them Versace fashion shows."

"People are probably going to go bad on me for saying this, but it's an advantage to be gay in this country right now, that's just the fact of the matter."

Frank Ocean has not issued an explanation regarding the delay of his new album "Boys Don't Cry," which was supposed to be dropped in July this year.
