Before the webtoon-based drama "Cheese In The Trap" starts, the stars are planning to meet with fans and thank them for their support.
The main actors Park Hae Jin, Seo Kang Joon and Nam Joo Hyuk will attend a fan meeting on November 19. At the event fans will have the opportunity to see a preview of the drama and a short film on the making of the drama. The actors will discuss the drama with fans during a Q&A session. Fans will also receive gifts for attending.
Another bonus for fans attending the event is the chance to decide if the actors are right for the part. As the webtoon that inspired the drama was so popular throughout Asia, there has been plenty of speculation about casting choices. Park Hae Jin was the first actor to be cast in the drama and fans were happy with his choice. Fans and producers both felt that Park was perfect to play the role of the perfect student Yoo Jung. Yoo Jung is smart, handsome, personable, in short perfect, but he has some dangerous secrets.
The only person who suspects him of being too perfect is his fellow student Hong Seol, played by film veteran but drama rookie Kim Go Eun.
Park Hae Jin is best known for his roles in "You Who Came From The Stars," "Doctor Stranger," My Daughter Seo Young" and "Bad Guys."
Seo Kang Joon plays Baek In Ho, the second male lead the competition for Hong Seol. Baek In Ho is a rebel and a piano prodigy. His attitude needs some adjustment and prevents him from succeeding in life.
Seo Kang Joon, a member of the acting singing group 5urprise, was last seen in the historical drama "Splendid Politics" with Lee Yeon Hee.
Nam Joo Hyuk plays Kwon Eun Tak, Hong Seol's friend and classmate. The actor debuted in the 2014 drama "The Idle Mermaid" and played the second male lead in 'Who Are You? - School 2015."
The thriller rom com begins on January 1, 2016, following the end of "Bubble Gum."
