Microsoft Corporation introduced on Friday two new PowerPoint game changing tools - Designer and Morph, both using cloud in offering presentations and automated slides.

Microsoft Office Team Corporate VP Kirk Koenigsbauer made the announcement via a post on Office Blogs. The tools can help users make their presentations prettier and more exciting. Cloud powers the smart animation technology while recommendation engine powers the tools.

Office 2016 was released just months ago and the Redmond software firm starts to roll out new innovations. PowerPoint Designer and Morph will make creating designer grade transitions and layouts simple. Together with the update, the Office Insider Program is likewise introduced, said Koenigsbauer.

The PowerPoint Designer allows quick creation of high-quality slides. One just needs to drop an image into the presentation and the tool will suggest several designs.

After clicking on a choice, the presentation is done. As per Microsoft Corporation: "This allows you to spend less time figuring out how to produce high quality designs and more time preparing for that key moment-your presentation."

According to Microsoft News, Morph is more interesting as it makes possible the creation a cinematic motion so presentations will not be boring. It makes the creation of cinematic motions possible with seamless animation between slides. Aside from animating images or text, it animates 3D shapes as well. Animation can be applied to a character and word level as well as text wrapping.

"Simply duplicate slides you want morphed together, move the objects based on how you want them to animate and click the Morph button under Transitions. You'll be amazed with the quality of animations you create with just one click."

PowerPoint Designer and Morph will land on the software's 2016 version for Windows and Windows 10 Mobile, and in the future, to other platforms as well. Both will be available on Office 365 users within the month. Office Insider Program members will have it this week.
