Hollywood watchers have witnessed how Khloe Kardashian and her family has supported Lamar Odom over his death scare a few weeks ago.
But is the Kardashians' support for the Khloe's ex all for publicity because it is a good storyline for their show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians?"
According to a report, the Kardashians allegedly urged Khloe to leave Lamar Odom's bedside to focus on take care of herself.
Did they want Khloe to abandon her ex? Not really. According to Khloe, her mother and sisters only wanted her to have time for herself amid a very stressful trial in her life.
"Just recently I've been in the hospital for almost three-and-a-half weeks straight, and finally everyone was saying, 'Khloe, you have to get out of the hospital and just for an hour, go to the gym and do something that's for you. Nothing's going to happen to Lamar,'" Khloe Kardashian said during the tour for her new book "Strong Looks Better Naked," as quoted by The San Diego Union-Tribune.
According to Khloe Kardashian, spending weeks just focused on taking care of Lamar Odom has been taxing on her and it felt great to do something for herself.
"I had such anxiety going to the gym, but as soon as I left, and Kendall and I worked out with my trainer, I felt like 'Oh my god, I'm OK. I'm a human again!' I just felt so good. But for those three-and-a-half weeks, I didn't think about the gym because I was thinking about other things, and I don't beat myself up about it."
Despite cancelling their divorce and being there for Lamar Odom during his death scare, it has been clarified that Khloe Kardashian is still in a relationship with James Harden.
According to the report, Khloe Kardashian seems to prefer James Harden over Lamar Odom. However, her love for her ex could be making things complicated.
"Khloe has been spending less time with Lamar giving him time to rest while also creating some space between them," an insider told Hollywood Life. "But both he and she know Khloe isn't about to abandon Lamar no matter what."
