Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are under fire after a former nanny dished out about the Hollywood couple's allegedly "unconventional" parenting style.
For many Hollywood watchers who have been monitoring Brangelina news, this recent report may bring back to mind rumors that circulated two years ago.
In 2013, there were rumors claiming that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's neighbors allegedly accused them of being "irresponsible."
"Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's neighbors have labeled the Hollywood power couple "reprehensible" and "irresponsible" after they were caught illegally tearing up beaches on gas-powered racing vehicles and motorbikes along one of America's most fragile coastlines," Radar Online wrote in the report.
Concerned neighbor and local environmentalist Ken Palley voiced out his concern about Brad Pitt Angelina Jolie's activity.
"I am not sure if it is illegal to drive on the beach in Santa Barbara County but it is certainly reprehensible," Palley told Radar then. "It is massively damaging to the environment and we'd hope the people who own houses on the shoreline acted more responsibly."
Buzz about neighbors' accusations againt Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie died a natural death a few weeks after it first sparked.
The couple may wish the same for new rumors surrounding their parenting style.
"Brad and Angie are very unconventional parents, to say the least. It's like they're living in a hippie commune most of the time, because Angie doesn't believe in rules," a former nanny reportedly told Star magazine, as quoted by News.com.au.
"She thinks it's important for the children to have freedom of expression, but that doesn't always work well... She lets the kids learn what they want and ignore stuff that doesn't interest them. And they don't take tests or do homework," the source added.
"The kids browse the internet as much as they like. They're allowed to stay up until they can't keep their eyes open anymore."
