Gwen Stefani said in a recent interview with Fresh FM that she wishes that the divorce didn't happen at all.
Stefani who divorced Gavin Rossdale after 13 years of their life as man and wife said that she wishes that her split with Rossdale did not happen at all. The singer opened up about her personal life after her divorce for the first time in an interview with 97.4 Fresh FM's "The Tommy Show" aired on Wednesday, according to People.

The voice judge added that she was lucky enough to make incredible music out the heartbreaks that she had in her life. Stefani who felt proud of her contribution to the world of music noted that there are always good things that happen out of bad things one faces in life.
"I wish it didn't happen - I wish that all this wasn't happening," said the 46-year-old singer. "But at the same time, I feel like it was part of my life journey. In my life I've had two really bad heartbreaks and I've written some incredible music out of it and I feel so lucky to have that and to be able to share it," she added, reported Xpose.
Gwen Stefani Is Alive Just For Music
The singer said that she is in a great place by being able to write music. She added that music is something that makes her feel happy about being alive.
"Because of my situation right now, which we all know what I'm talking about, I feel like I go back and listen to a lot of that stuff and I'm, like, I get sick," Stefani explained. "You look at the songs and go, 'That was a red flag. That was a moment where I was feeling just as bad as I feel today, and why did I keep it up?" she added.
