After being inseparable following their engagement, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth didn't spend Thanksgiving together. Are "The Bachelorette" couple headed for a breakup?
Not likely. In fact, "The Bachelorette" star spent the day with Shawn Booth's family as shown by her Instagram post where she also explained his absence.
Kaitlyn Bristowe wrote, "Thankful for my fiancé, and my new family (emoji) love you guys! Shawn was sadly home sick in bed with a cold, but we brought him some leftovers."
"So happy that you two are together. Please remain strong. You are a beautiful couple!" one fan commented.
"Warms my heart truly and I don't even know you but feel like I do lmao," another said.
And not a few noted that the relationship of Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth is real because, as one fan observed, "She had thanksgiving with his family when he wasn't there. Omg. They are perfection."
"The Bachelorette" couple Shawn Booth and Kaitlyn Bristowe have been hounded by breakup rumors ever since they announced their engagement. But the couple is proving the doubters wrong as their relationship only seemed to grow stronger.
A week ago, they even attended the "Sleep Out" activity by non-profit Covenant House, which provides shelter and food to the homeless, by encouraging people to experience what it's like to sleep on the pavement.
Kaitlyn Bristowe shared on Instagram a photo of her and fiance Shawn Booth all dressed up in thermal wear to fight off the cold.
She wrote in part, "We experienced brutal cold weather with only a sleeping bag and a piece of cardboard in a back alley. Knowing that victims of circumstance have to do this night after night, broke my heart. I feel absolutely humbled today, and happy to know we raised money to help this cause that I now hold dear to my heart."
And just to put to rest all the breakup rumors, "The Bachelorette" star Kaitlyn Bristowe also tagged fiance Shawn Booth along with the message, "I'm also thankful that there is a place such as the covenant house for people to call home. Thank you @shawn_booth18 for doing this with me. I love you! #CHsleepout."
