Jenelle Evans is moving on from Nathan Griffith and all the drama they have been through. According to a report from Us Weekly, the "Teen Mom" cast member gushed how she is much happier with her new beau, David Eason.
"I haven't been this happy in a while," Jenelle Evans said.
"We really have not had one argument at all. He really knows how to handle me when I get in my moods, when I'm irritable or have anxiety."
The mother-of-two said she wanted to be more careful since she has a history of being in a rush to commit.
"I don't get to know people before I date them," she confessed. "And I just jump into the relationship."
The MTV reality star casually met David Eason on Tinder and they talked for two months before meeting up.
The North Carolina native supposedly did not even know that he was talking to a celebrity.
"I had no idea," David Eason said.
"I didn't really expect to go this far. We're best friends."
While Jenelle Evans' replacement for Nathan Griffith seems to be good for her, Radar Online recently exposed that David Eason has been accused of domestic violence in the past.
According to police reports from North Carolina's New Hanover county, the 27-year-old was arrested last year for allegedly assaulting and threatening a female.
"The Defendant did assault [redacted], a female person, by grabbing the victim around the throat and saying to the victim, 'I will kill you b****,'" the police documents read. David Eason found not guilty on July 24, 2014.
Given how the troubled relationship of Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith damaged her severely, people close to the young mom have been trying to warn her about just settling for David Eason.
However, the 23-year-old has reportedly been defending her new beau.
"She's telling friends he's not a bad guy," an insider said.
"[Jenelle says] he's a sweetheart and he makes her so f***ing happy. [That] he's a 'true southern gentleman.'"
