Christina Milian flaunted her daughter wearing a weave and was heavily criticized for it. According to a report from Atlanta Daily World, the R&B diva fired back at allegations that she is a bad mom to her five-year-old child, Violet.

The "Dip It Low" singer recently shared an Instagram photo showing her child wearing an outrageously thick and long weave. The photo was taken during the inaugural World Aids Day benefit event, where Christina Milian and her daughter posed alongside teen star Zendaya Coleman.

People were quick to call out the 34-year-old single mom for Violet's complicated hairstyle.

"Why set up [your] cutie pie daughter like that?" one commenter wrote. "How [does] she even sleep? [It] looks [like] her neck is hurting."

"That is too much hair in her head," another follower pointed out. "It's probably too heavy for her and looks too damn grown. Let kids be kids."

Because of the number of people questioning her parenting, Christina Milian clarified that her daughter is supposedly comfortable with the weave.

"Her hair isn't in the twists," she posted. "It's another method used where they are tied into her corn rows."

"The hair isn't heavy. [We are] just trying new things. Violet likes it and it is not damaging," she explained.

Prior to the weave issue, Christina Milian's parenting has also been questioned by R&B singer Nivea.

In an interview with The Jasmine Brand, the baby mama of Christina Milian's ex-boyfriend, Lil Wayne, called out the songstress for complicating things for Violet.

The child's father, soul crooner "The Dream," also used to be married to the "Laundromat" singer. The "Rocking That Thing Like" singer has children with both Nivea and Christina Milian, who both have history with Lil Wayne.

"It's such a damn crazy a*s story," Nivea sighed.

"She married the same dude I did. She has a daughter by my ex-husband who is her now ex-husband as well... (and she used to date my) other baby daddy."

"So go figure," she pointed out.

Nivea explained that she is concerned with how Christina Milian's dating record is making things confusing for her daughter.

"The only thing I'm concerned about is Violet," she clarified.

"[Christina Milian's] daughter is in my kids' life. They love their little sister. That's my main thing."
