Demi Lovato performed "Cool for the Summer" and fell again, said a report from Us Weekly. Fans joked about the incident on social media since it was the pop star's second time to take a nasty spill onstage while performing the said single.
The former Disney star took the stage at last weekend's Z100 iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball in New York City. As Demi Lovato performed "Cool for the Summer" to close her 20-minute set, she reportedly tripped over a mic stand that was left on the ground right behind her.
Since the camera cut away just before Demi Lovato's tumble, footage from the live-streamed concert only showed her already lying on her back with arms up in the air
The 23-year-old simply poked fun at the incident on her tweets later that night.
"Guys don't you get it by now? Only cool kids fall on stage," she posted alongside emojis of smiley faces with shades.
Fans also joked on Twitter about what happened.
"Of course Demi falls at the end," tweeted one fan. "It wouldn't be Demi lovato if she didn't."
"New drinking game: Take a shot every time Demi Lovato falls on stage," another fan joked.
E!Online previously reported about how Demi Lovato first fell while singing "Cool for the Summer" last July. The incident took place at a 102.7 KIISFM pool party held at the WaterMarke Tower in Downtown Los Angeles.
Wearing a sexy bathing suit and high heels, the former teen star just got onstage when she missed her step and landed on her chest. Her face missed hitting the ground by just a few inches.
As if to save face, Demi Lovato chose to jump in the pool after the mishap.
Instead of shying away from what happened, Demi Lovato even shared a video of her fall.
"Well...It's not a tour without busting ass! #NotCoolForTheSummer #F-kIt," she captioned the clip.
