Kim Ji Hoon broke up because of Nam Sang Mi.

On the 34th episode of SBS weekend drama "Goddess of Marriage" (Script Jo Jung Sun, Director Oh Jin Suk) broadcast on October 20th, Kang Tae Wook (played by Kim Ji Hoon) asked Song Ji Hae (played by Nam Sang Mi) for a divorce.

Until now, Kang Tae Wook had expressed his love for Song Ji Hae. Even when he learned that Song Ji Hae had liked Kim Hyun Woo (played by Lee Sang Woo) before getting married, he married Song Ji Hae because he felt so strongly about her and tried hard to care for him while going through a tough marriage life with in-laws.

However, Song Ji Hae didn't get better. Because she couldn't fall asleep, she had to take sleeping pills and laxatives and ended up overdosing. In the end, she ended up going to the emergency room. After getting discharged from the hospital, she still could not fall asleep and fell asleep during the day wherever she could.

Kang Tae Wook felt bad for Song Ji Hae. She couldn't do the work she wanted because of him and it was hard to watch her go down in flames in the house. Furthermore, mother Lee Jung Sook (played by Yoon So Jung) and brother Kang Tae Jin (played by Kim Jung Tae) had to undergo an investigation because of embezzlement so they had to protect Song Ji Hae.

Song Ji Hae could barely sustain a marriage with Kang Tae Wook but was startled at the divorce request. She had wanted divorce at one point was slowly warming up to Kang Tae Wook. Furthermore, she was getting close to Hong Hae Jung (played by Lee Tae Ran) and was adjusting to the housework but now that divorce was on the table, she was startled and confused.

Kang Tae Wook and Song Ji Hae had had a hard marriage so it will be interesting to see what kind of ending will result.
