South Korean actor Park Bo Gum is receiving praise again — this time for his humility and quick thinking while filming his project, When Life Gives You Tangerines.

One member of the film's art team, reaching out to share the story, recently explained that Park took the fall for a production mistake made by staff.
In contrast, the film was being shot nefariously, averting what could've become a serious production gaffe.
According to the staff member, who was one of three art team members on set that day, the incident occurred during a hectic shoot involving a clay model of Gwan Sik, the character portrayed by Park.

In the rush, the staff member accidentally left an iPad near a clay jar that appeared in the scene.
"The scene was even approved," the staffer said, recounting the moment. "But do you guys know what Park Bo Gum said?
He saw the iPad and told the director, 'I think my acting is a little awkward.
Can I see the monitoring video?' He covered up for my mistake and spoke about it as if it were his fault."
The staffer added that Park discreetly handed back the iPad after requesting a reshoot.
"He then handed me my iPad and winked as he told me, 'Don't worry, you didn't get caught.'"
The gesture left a lasting impression on the crew.
"Please take responsibility, for after that, the three members of the art team have fallen for you and can't get out," the staffer joked.
"Two of them are guys, and one of them...is me."
Thanks to Park's intervention, the team was able to refilm the scene, and the updated version made it into the final cut of the project.
