On the 2nd episode of tvN Friday/Saturday drama "Answer Me 1994" broadcast on October 19th, Go Ah Rah bit Jung Woo's lip and the behind-the-scenes stories came out.
On this day, Go Ah Rah (played by Sung Na Jung) and Jung Woo (played by Garbage) learned that they weren't related and Jung Woo felt feelings of being in love for the first time. Especially as they were talking and drinking beer at "Sinchon House" Go Ah Rah with the unique habit of biting someone's lip started to bite Jung Woo's lip. This extreme scene drew viewers' attention.
Singer Jang Hye Jin's "One Late Night in 1994" started to play and the two almost kissed but as the song turned into Lee Seung Hwan's "The Dog of Flanders," the scene turned from a kiss into a lip biting. The real acting of Go Ah Rah and the witty producing added fun to the acting.
What was the filming set like? Producer Shin Won Ho said, "We were concerned before filming. Go Ah Rah and Jung Woo both talked a lot before filming and Go Ah Rah's surprising sense of focus and Jung Woo's unexpected sense of care enabled the two to film without any bad cuts.
The two always bickered as they were four years apart but little girl Na Jung who had said she's grow up and marry Garbage will start to go through the turmoil of first love. It'll be interesting to see what Go Ah Rah and Jung Woo will show.
Meanwhile, "Answer Me 1994" is a bildungsroman about people from all over the countryside who come up to Shinchon to live ina communal house. With students entering college in 1994 as a basis, their campus lives, basketball tournaments, Seotaji & Boys, as well as other societal issues and items, fashion, music, and memories will be in the drama as the culture of the time will bring unique fun.
Go Ah Rah, Jung Woo, Yoo Yeon Seok, Kim Sung Kyun, Son Ho Joon, Baro, Min Do play individualistic young ones and Sung Dong Il and Lee Il Wha play Na Jung's parents as the "Sinchon House" owners. This is broadcast every Friday and Saturday at 8:40PM.
