The controversy comes amid allegations linking Kim to the late actress Kim Sae Ron and heightened scrutiny over the film, which starred the late idol Sulli.

The claim was made in an online forum, where the ex-staffer stated that the movie's content shifted significantly after director Lee Jung Sub was replaced by Lee Sa Rang, Kim Soo Hyun's cousin.

"There were originally no bed scenes, and the special appearances of the two female celebrities weren't part of the script," the staff member wrote. "

The movie wasn't at the level to be criticized as a bad movie."

The user further explained that Lee Jung Sub wrote the original script, but it was later modified.

"The original director wrote the script, but Kim Soo Hyun's cousin re-arranged it," they claimed.

"I didn't work for the movie, but I heard from acquaintances that Lee Jung Sub did film parts of the movie, but after Lee Sa Rang, who knows nothing about film, took over, he added extra scenes and ruined so many parts of the movie."

As per Koreaboo, the revelation follows reports that Lee Jung Sub had already completed most of the movie before being replaced.

According to previous statements, the switch occurred due to creative disagreements between the director and the producer.

Sulli's brother has also weighed in on the controversy, criticizing the production team.

The accusations have reignited discussions about the movie's troubled production and its impact on those involved.

Kim Soo Hyun is scheduled to hold an emergency press conference on March 31 to address the allegations.

Representatives for the actor and the film's production team have yet to comment on the recent claims.
