Olivia Wilde and fiancé Jason Sudeikis are expecting their first child together, E! News reported.

Wilde and Sudeikis first met in May 2011 during the season finale of Saturday Night Live. In December, Us Weekly reported that the couple is seeing each other.

"She's come to the [SNL] studio at Rockefeller Center, and they've gone out to dinner after rehearsals," an insider told Us Weekly.

In January 2013, a spokeswoman for the actress confirmed that the two are engaged. "Thanks for all the sweet congratulatory love, friends!" Wilde tweeted at the time. "And may I compliment your savvy use of that nifty engagement ring emoticon."

In an interview with Marie Claire for its April issue earlier this year, she talked about starting a family with Sudeikis. "I am not trying to have kids now - there's no strict plan for anything in my life. What happens, happens," she said. "He's so good with kids...I've never before experienced looking at someone and thinking, 'That's who I want to raise a child with.'"

Sudeikis also talked about Wilde and about his health in an interview to Modern Luxury Manhattan, "Being happy, and in love, for me, was the secret," he said. "I feel like I returned home to myself as an individual through the process of falling in love with the sweetest woman I've ever known."

With regard to the news of the baby, the couple are very "happy" and "excited" about their first child together.

"They are incredibly happy," said a source to People. "They're very excited to welcome a new member into their family."
