The drama series has metered out its plot to a masterful pace and it balanced out the sadness of the scenes of Chan Sung's also known as Yeo Jin Goo and Man Wol's also known as IU with their bittersweet love while still having plenty of other stories to work with on its last week. The stills came full arc and tearful at the same time and the cute moments have aroused.

Kim Sun Bi (Shin Jung Geun) retained the most mysterious employee but this previous week we finally learned that his breathtaking story has come through. After passing a state examination at a very young age, he was considered as a genius one that has an exception that he kept failing his civil service examination every year.

While he is studying tirelessly, this lonely scholar found some comfort in writing different stories that are based on the lives of these commoners around him which thought that stuck up scholars were disgraceful.

Later on, when he finally passed the examination, this hardworking and kind-hearted Scholar Kim was denounced as vulgar and his life was ruined. But right after now, he finally got it to share his story and earn the renown that he totally deserves in the first place.

With the help of these two writer ghosts and seeing these three ghosts working together, Kim Sun Bi finally tells his story to set it down on a paper. It was a touching and heartwarming as the closure they all derived from it.

The finale of the story strengthened the narrative point that Chan Sung should be the one to see that Man Wol is off by showing as viewers have long wondered and anticipate that both of them do actually have a good connection in their past lives. Chan Sung's past incarnation was the one to tell Man Wol about the Guest House of the Moon.

"Hotel Del Luna" has maintained the tragic and life lessons stories mixed with comedic moments. We will surely miss it and reminisce.
