It had been revealed that the actor Kim Soo Hyun had agreed with regards to appearing in the final episodes of the drama "Hotel Del Luna" to show his support for both the director of the show and for IU. He had worked hard previously with the director on the drama series "My Love From the Star" while he had acted alongside on "Dream High" followed by "The Producers." Yeo Jin Goo had also played one of the roles as his younger self in the drama "Moon Embraces The Sun."

Meanwhile, Kim Soo Hyun was featured in the very last moments of the "Hotel Del Luna" as one of the owner of the new hotel "Hotel Blue Moon" while the brief moment took a moment for the viewers to storm a hope hoping that for a second or moment the drama series for its second season will be starring Kim Soo Hyun.

However, the tvN even had to address the issue of the statement regarding the possibility of the sequel due to the high popular demand of the viewers itself. Knowing that Kim Soo Hyun was discharged from the military last July 1, 2019, and now he is currently looking forward to over some potential options for his first production after his service in the military.

One of his greatest scenes is when he is seen walking past the employees and then up the stairs revealing him. He is wearing a clean-cut suit and he is holding a glass of alcohol as he says, "The moon has risen. It is time to start a business."
