Moreover, the characters played by Im Won Hee (Son Hyun Ki) and Jung Hae Kyun (Kim Hong Seok) play a great part in covering up the frozen human project during the time of Ma Dong Chan's (Ji Chang Wook) disappearance in the year 1999.
The previous episode of Melting Me Softly showed how Na Ha Young played by Yoon Se Ah confronted Ji Chang Wook's character (Ma Dong Chan) about his evident attempts to avoid her. But although he used to be in love with her, Ma Dong Chan has decided to turn his back on her, especially after learning that she had never looked for him after he vanished. She also never mentioned to anyone the science project in which he participated and got trapped in for almost 20 years.
Furthermore, when he was asked how long did he intend to avoid her Ma Dong Chan said to Na Ha Young that he was staying away from her because he did not want to learn any new information about her that would only disappoint him in any way. Na Ha Young's underrated response was "I will wait until you look at me again."
Melting Me Softly has released new stills from its upcoming episode which will, once again, bring the former lovers together for another awkward and heartbreaking encounter. Despite Ma Dong Chan's determination to leave their story in the past, Na Ha Young still refuses to give up on him. He ends up wavering as she promises, "I will protect you so that you will never be in danger again."
To find out more as to what danger Na Ha Young meant, tune in to the upcoming episode of "Meting Me Softly."
