During the live interview, where the last episode of "Find Me in Your Memory" left off, Lee Jung Hoon questioned Yeo Ha Jin's inconsistency. To her defense, Yeo Ha Jin explained in her best way possible that she only wants a simple, uncomplicated life. Hearing the words, Jung Hoon got caught up with memories of his first love. A flashback of his girlfriend occurred, with the two of them walking hand-in-hand and were talking about life. The same words Ha Jin spoke were the exact words that his former sweetheart uttered. It took a few minutes before he got back to his senses. Everyone saw how he was stunned in silence.
Director Choi Hee Sang asked Jung Hoon if he had any problem. He assured her that everything was fine. Jung Hoon doesn't want to see Ha Jin again. He thinks that Ha Jin creates trouble and is immature.
That evening, Hee Sang invited Jung Hoon for a drink. Jung Hoon agreed, but he was surprised to see Ha Jin inside the restaurant drinking wine with the director. A few minutes later, Hee Sang left the place to meet her husband. Jung Hoon stood up and told Ha Jin he wanted to go home. Ha Jin walked fast and caught up Jung Hoon before he took the taxi. She insisted that they spend more time together. Jung Hoon right away told Ha Jin he didn't like her. She was surprised by his honesty.
The following day, Jung Hoon saw all the headlines with a picture of Ha Jin and him together. The articles mentioned that they are going out as a couple. As he went inside the building, reporters ran towards him asking his relationship with Ha Jin. Network staff inside his department couldn't do the same thing. Jung Hoon felt lost on how the things blew out of proportion. He called Ha Jin and asked if they could talk.
Ha Kyung (Ha Jin's sister) confronted her and talked to the press about the story. Ha Jin admitted that she made it happen. She came to like Jung Hoon's strict and cold character.
Meanwhile, Dr. Yoo Tae Eun, Jung Hoon's good friend and a neurologist, saw the news and realized that Ha Jin is also one of his patients.
Jung Hoon waited inside his car as Ha Jin chose the place. As she parked the car, Ha Jin transferred and sat at the passenger side of Jung Hoon's car. She asked him why he wanted to see her. Jung Hoon requested to stop manipulating the media. Ha Jin persuaded him to pretend with their relationship for 2 weeks. She explained that people will think differently of him if they will stop it right away. Jung Hoon agreed and wanted to go home. A camera flash startled them as a reporter followed and took pictures. Jung Hoon started the car and offered Ha Jin to drive her home. Ha Jin smiled happily to spend more time with him.
Ha Jin looked up and saw the snowflakes and uttered the word. Jung Hoon heard it and lost in space again with a flashback of the past. Snowflakes and winter connect about an accident that changed his whole life: The body of his girlfriend fell on the ground hitting her head. Jung Hoon saw that very moment as he drove the car in front of the building. He ran towards his girlfriend and tried to rescue her. Blood came out of her head and died in Jung Hoon's arms.
