The hardest part was seeing his beloved mother in a mourning altar. In the latest episode of Find Me in Your Memory, Lee Jung Hoon accompanied Yeo Ha Jin to visit her friend in a hospital. He saw his father walking outside the hospital to the funeral building. He tried to call his father, but it seemed he didn't carry his phone with him. He hurriedly followed his father inside the funeral building and entered one of the rooms. His eyes grew big in shock as he shouted to his father why his mother's picture was on the altar with white flowers. His father explained that it was his mother's decision not to tell him.
Jung Hoon's mother was diagnosed with cancer three months ago. In her cancer, which was the last stage already, she underwent chemotherapy and surgery, hoping she would recover. Unfortunately, the operation wasn't successful. On her last night at the hospital, Jung Hoon's mother asked not to inform her son because he doesn't want Jung Hoon to remember her face and the bad memories since Jung Hoon doesn't forget anything.
Jung Hoon, sitting at a corner, was devastated by his mother's loss. His mother always encouraged him of how special his ability to remember everything was. During Seo Yun's death, his mother comforted him with words of love. He was heartbroken.
Ha Jin saw the dejected Jung Hoon. She waited outside the room as Jung Hoon stayed with his mother's mourning altar.
Reporters still followed Jung Hoon and Ha Jin at the funeral building. He told her to go home and don't stay in the funeral place. Director Hee Sang and her team visited Jung Hoon to pay their respect.
Ha Jin drove all reporters to stop taking pictures and go out of the building. She also saw a flashback of Seo Yun, but she couldn't get through it. It was a memory of Seo Yun in a ballerina dress and Seo Yun's mourning altar.
Jung Hoon went to work after the burial. He tried to start working, but director Hee Sang declined his request. She advised him to go home and rest. He's got high fever due to fatigue.
Meanwhile, movie director Hyun Geun insisted with Ms. Park (Ha Jin's agency manager) accepts his movie proposal, and he will wait for Ha Jin's next schedule. Ms. Park tried to decline, but director Hyun Geun bribed her to agree to work with Ha Jin.
Tae Eun hasn't had any update with Jung Hoon since he went home. He tried to call him, but he wouldn't pick up. He was still mourning and was drinking soju day and night. Tae Eun contacted Ha Jin to know if she had updates of Ju Hoon.
Ha Jin went to Jung Hoon's place and checked on him. Luckily, her persistence made Jung Hoon open the door and she was able to get inside. Jung Hoon drove her away as she got inside his house. He told her she didn't know anything about living with full memory of the past since she doesn't even remember her own.
Ha Jin woke up seeing Seo Yun's face for the first time. She had forgotten about her after she was admitted.
The house guard contacted Ha Jin and informed her that Jung Hoon went out of his house since he locked himself in for the past few days. Ha Jin called Tae Eun and they went out to look for him. Tae Eun planted a GPS tracker on Jung Hoon's phone, and they located him in the cemetery.
The weather was inclement. Ha Jin saw Jung Hoon on his knees and about to collapse. They took him home and let him rest.
Ha Jin went home and got sick with the cold weather. She went to sleep this time beside Ha Kyung. In the middle of the night, a man wearing a mask and black gloves sneaked in. He got inside and entered Ha Jin's room.
