Woo Joo went to visit her foster mother when she was six years old and abandoned her after six years. Dr. In found out that Mr. Ko felt guilty of the subway drivers after passing a bill that only allowed drivers to work alone in the trains even at night time. One train driver died because of the incident. That made Mr. Ko feel guilty, and his tic attack came out.

Mr. Ko is trying to revise the bill. It needs to pass again for voting and approval. The driver who died due to his panic attacks and met the accident while at work is Mr. Ko's good friend. Shi Joo and Dr. In thought hard how he would overcome his guilt through his therapy and work.

Woo Joo found out from her friend Je Seon that Young Won referred her to Shi Joo for therapy without her knowing. She did not show up for her scheduled appointment with Shi Joo, but instead, she went to see Young Won at her clinic.
