Since idol-actor Park Ji Hoon is confirmed to star in the upcoming webtoon-based series "Love Revolution," fans cannot stop themselves from admiring the actor's resemblance to the character.

Upon knowing his role in the upcoming drama, fans reacted that the role is indeed perfect for him. Just by looking at the pictures he posted on his Instagram, you can literally say he is.

Through his SNS, Park Ji Hoon posted a photo of him sporting a new haircut, which made him look more like the character and fans couldn't stop admiring his visuals.

He then held a video call fansign event, wherein his fans felt like they are having a video call with Gong Joo Young because his aegyo was really similar to the role.

Aegyo refers to a cute display of affection often expressed, including but not limited to a cute/baby voice, facial expressions, and gestures.

One fan couldn't stop expressing her admiration and posted a video of Park Ji Hoon imitating the character and even captioned it, "We're already having the drama before it actually airs." And another fan shared a collaged picture of Ji Hoon posing the same as the character.

After the successful event, fans couldn't get over just how cute Park Ji Hoon was throughout and a lot of fans are even more convinced Ji Hoon was made to play Gong Joo Young.

Meanwhile, the "Love Revolution" has already started filming and will be aired later this year. Based on the webtoon hit with the same name, it is about teenagers trying to discover love and friendship while studying in high school. The story will be about Gong Joo Young and Wang Ja Rim, specifically.

He became known for his participation in the reality competition show Produce 101 Season 2. He finished second place and became a member of the boy group Wanna One.

Park Ji Hoon experienced a sudden rise in popularity after going viral as the "wink boy" after the introductory "It's Me (Pick Me)" stage on M Countdown before the show even started airing. Park received offers from various companies to become their advertisement model while the show was still being aired.
