He was given the responsibility to make the students represent the school as commanded by the administration. Instead of pressuring his students to reach the impossible, he guides and supports them according to their own will and talents. Uhm Ki Joon motivates the students to work at their own pace rather than thinking of the competition and frustrations that come along.
Master of Study

What's Up
One of the best stories of a teacher-student relationship, both helped each other in many ways. Oh Man Seok is a teacher and a dying alcoholic who had a hard time performing in his field. He teaches talented and motivated college students who then win him over to perform better in what he does. He then started to teach not only about subjects that bring knowledge but more about life as well. He started to care for them and so his lessons became more challenging.
Though it's sad as the teacher's life is about to end, he is well-remembered for what he imparted to his students and how he regains himself in the process.
Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo
Choi Moo Sung, as Professor Yoon Deok Man, is a man who abides by his motto, "How you finish is as important as how you start." He motivates his athletes to do their best and at the same time enjoy life as it comes. He cares more of the process of making the athletes feel happy and successful at the same time. Joining him is her fellow coach Jang Young Nam, who also does her best to encourage the athletes and become one of the people whom they can trust as well.
