3. Jewel in The Palace
Aired on 2003 and is based on a true story of the first physician from a royal family. It certainly was one those that started to make Korean drama a big hit. It was a perfect combination of romance and as well as including the tradition of Korean culture.

Released 7 years ago, tackles rivalries of the heirs of different families. The main protagonist of this series is none other than, Lee Min Ho. But things get complicated when someone who is an heir in a prestigious name, gets attached to someone who is just an ordinary person.
8. My Love From The Star
Released on 2014, is about an extra-terrestrial being in love to a human here on earth. Played by Kim Soo Hyun (alien) and Cheon Song Yi, the chemistry between these two are so surreal and they both portrayed their characters really well.
9. Fight for My Way
Aired 3 years ago, sports Korean Drama and is about someone who is ready to do anything to pursue his dreams in life. But being someone who is considered an underdog that has big aspirations in life, he finds himself struggling. But with every hardship, there is always something good that comes out of it.
10. It's Okay To Not Be Okay
What happens to be the most recent drama out of the list mentioned, this drama reached the hearts of watchers all around the world. It's mainly about a man who works in a ward with children that has special needs, not experiencing love of any sorts and a woman who is a well-known writer of books for children. They find themselves not knowing what to do because of how unexperienced they are with love.
