On the 21st of October 2020, the production crew of JTBC's new Wednesday and Thursday drama 'Run On' (written by Sihyeon Park, directed by Jaehoon Lee) unveiled the scene of the script reading held at the JTBC office building in Sangam-dong, Seoul in July. On this day, many major cast members attended, including director Lee Jae Hoon and writer Park Si-Hyun and Lee Si-wan, Shin Se-Kyung, Choi Soo-young, Kang Tae-oh, Park Young-gyu, and Cha Hwa-Yeon.

Director Lee Jae-hoon, who was in charge of directing, emphasized the importance of beautiful communication, saying, "I will truly capture the images of all the actors here talking and listening to them." I will do my best to make you feel like you've worked."

Lee Si-wan returned to the role of Ki Seon-gyeom, a track and field athlete who was not greedy about many things by nature. The upright, sincere, and serious aspect of Seon-gyeom will be presented in a more three-dimensional way by being contained in the calm and stable tone of the actor's acting such as Lee Si-wan's gentle eyes and facial expressions, gentle voice, and gentlemanly behavior.

Shin Se-Kyung, transforms into a film translator Mi-Ju Oh, who tells the story in her heart at the right temperature every moment, and exudes an honest and plain charm. At the scene of the script reading, Shin Se-Kyung, as if she had already been familiar with all the flows, added the ad-lib necessary for the right place and showed her natural acting, the production team said.

Choi Soo-young plays the role of Seo Dan Ah, the heir to the perfect signature group. Seo Dan Ah announced the birth of a perfect side character, harmonizing with the cool charm from Choi Soo-young as a character with a firm pulpit despite overflowing leisure. Kang Tae-oh plays an art college student who has a friendly manner with a handsome smile full of lovely visuals and kindness.

'Run On' is a romantic drama in which people living in different worlds communicate in their own language and establish relationships in an era where communication is difficult even though they speak the same Korean language, and 'run on' towards love.

The production crew said, "Thanks to the early real chemistry of actors, the theme of 'Run On,' which is a true process of understanding each other, has survived more deeply. Please watch together to see if we can finish the love hotly." 'Run On' is a collaboration between director Lee Jae-hoon of KBS2's 'Detective of the Day,' 'Chief Kim,' and a new artist Park Si-Hyun who threw a mark the first mini-series.

JTBC's new Wednesday and Thursday drama 'Run On' will be broadcast for the first time in December following the 'Private Life' broadcast.
