"Taxi Driver" Episode 16 Highlights

Based on the previous episode, Lee Je Hoon's character, Kim Do Ki, met the psychopath serial killer, Oh Chul Young (Yang Dong Tak), who murdered her mother as well as Jang Sung Chul's (Kim Eui Sung) parents.

Interestingly, "Taxi Driver" episode 16 featured a different approach on how the Rainbow Taxi group executed their revenge.

It came after Mr. Jang pointed out that "revenge will only breed revenge," and it's time for the group to make things right.

As for Oh Chul Young, the team managed to figure out the weakness of the serial killer, which is his son, Oh Hyun-Soo, who later changed his name to Jeon Jin Won (Kwak Min Gyoo.)

Kim Do Ki threatened to disclose the truth and who the real Oh Chul Young to his son; however, he pleaded to leave his son alone, and in return, he will do whatever he says.

He then mentioned that the psychopath serial killer needed to request for transfer of prison, which he did.

Little did he know that his son is also working as a prison guard and in the same jail that he is in.

Upon heading out to his cell, he beats a prison guard who was Jeon Jin Won that caused him to spend weeks in hospital.

"Taxi Driver" episode 16 also illustrates how the Rainbow Taxi team gets their revenge from Oh Chul Young.

As Mr. Jang paid the psychopath serial killer, he showed a picture of Jeon Jin Won and said that it was his son.

After realizing that it was the prison guard whom he almost killed, the news crushed Oh Chul Young and was devastated by what he did.

A year later, he confessed to his crimes and asked forgiveness from the victims' families, and mentioned that he would accept the punishment until he dies.

Interestingly, "Taxi Driver" episode 16 hints about the possibility of having a season 2.

It came after the team gathered at their hideout after receiving a request for revenge; however, this time, the team got a new member and was Prosecutor Kang Ha Na (Esom.)
