In the photo, the patient was covered with bandages from head to toe; however, it appears that the person endured burn wounds from a massive explosion.
To recall, Logan Lee died in a car explosion after Joo Dan Tae (Uhm Ki Joon), who disguised himself as an old man, planted a bomb inside his car.
The devastating incident was witnessed by Shim Su Reyon, portrayed by Lee Ji Ah.
