On July 27, an industry representative reported that the 28-year-old beauty and idol-turned-actress, Krystal Jung, will be taking the main lead in the new upcoming drama "Crazy Love" (working title).

On the same day, it was reported that the "Coffee Prince" star Kim Jae Wook will be taking on the male lead in the same drama series. "Crazy Love" may be his first drama project in two years.
In response to the reports, both of the actors' agencies (Management SOOP and H& Entertainment) answered carefully that the two received casting offers for the drama and are currently positively reviewing it.
"Crazy Love" and What We Know about It for Now
The new drama "Crazy Love" revolves around the story of CEO Noh Go Jin who skillfully pretends to have amnesia when he was told he will be murdered and his unappealing secretary, Lee Ji Young, who pretends to be his fiancee when she was told she doesn't have much time on Earth.

Krystal Jung is in talks to play Secretary Lee Ji Young. On the other hand, the role of CEO Noh Go Jin is offered to actor Kim Jae Wook.
"Crazy Love" will be written by screenwriter Kim Bo Gyeom. It is reported to air in the later part of 2021.

Krystal has appeared in various South Korean hit dramas over the years such as "The Heirs," "The Player," "The Bride of Habaek," "Prison Playbook," and "The Player."
She starred in the 2021 top-rating film "Sweet & Sour" with Jang Ki Yong and Chae Soo Bin.
