Amid the heightening love triangle between Ha Ram (Ahn Hyo Seop,) Hong Cheon Gi (Kim Yoo Jung,) and Prince Yang Myung (Gong Myung,) the current episode's viewership rating slightly dwindled compared to its episode 6.

According to Nielsen Korea, the "Lovers of the Red Sky" episode 7 garnered an average nationwide rating of 9.3 percent; this is a slight decrease from the previous with a 10.2 percent nation rating.

Just when his soldier is about to whack her hands, Ha Ram meddles and negotiates that instead of giving the 300 sacks of rice to the female painter, he will give it to the royal as an apology.

Luckily, the prince accepted it but left Cheon Gi with a warning.
