KBS' historical-romance drama "Tale of Nokdu" cast members will star in various dramas and movies starting from November this year. Two years after the series concluded, Jang Dong Yoon, Kim So Hyun, Kang Tae Oh, and Hwang In Yeop landed hit projects and are now better actors than ever.

Jang Dong Yoon
Even before he starred in the "Tale of Nokdu," Jang Dong Yoon was already a versatile actor, brave to try new kinds of genres. May it be in romance, action, drama, or suspense, the male star can completely immerse himself in the role.
In 2020, he joined idol-actress Krystal Jung in OCN's "Search." Jang Dong Yoon played as sergeant Koo Dong Jin.
The following year, he landed the lead role in SBS' "Joseon Exorcist." The drama had a grand premiere, but sadly, it was cancelled due to controversies surrounding the historical background that was present in the story concept.
Meanwhile, Jang Dong Yoon will start star in the action-thriller movie "Wolf Hunt." The 29-year-old award-winning actor will share frame with Seo In Guk.

Their newly-released movie stills intrigued potential viewers for their forthcoming tandem.
Jang Dong Yoon will star in another film, "Long Distance," alongside "True Beauty" actress Park Yoo Na.
Kim So Hyun
After she teamed up with Jang Dong Yoon in the "Tale of Nokdu," Kim So Hyun then paired up with one of the hottest South Korean actors today, Song Kang, in "Love Alarm."
The 22-year-old actress also worked with "Mr. Queen" actor Na In Woo in "River Where the Moon Rises."
Kim So Hyun's latest activite was with 2PM's Junho. They appeared in 2AM's comeback music videos "Should've known" and "No Good in Good-bye."
Meanwhile, Kim So Hyun is currently busy with her brand endorsements. She also recently won the Best Actress and Popular Actress awards at the "Korea Broadcasting Awards" for her outstanding performance in "River Where the Moon Rises."
Kang Tae Oh
After "Tale of Nokdu," Kang Tae Oh made a cameo in "Love with Flaws" in 2020. In the same year, the male actor starred in JTBC's "Run On," alongside SNSD's Sooyoung, Im Si Wan, and Shin Se Kyung.
In 2021, Kang Tae On was included in the cast lineup for tvN's fantasy-romance series "Doom at Your Service."
He is confirmed to star in new thriller film "Open the Door" with "Mr. Queen" actress Shin Hye Sun. This marks his big screen return after three years.
Meanwhile, he will also appear in KBS' drama special "The Effect of a Finger Flick on a Breakup," alongside Shin Ye Eun. The short series is expected to meet the viewers on November 19.
Hwang In Yeop
He might have played a minor role in the drama, but his acting debut in the "Tale of Nokdu" opened doors for him.
In 2020, the rookie actor starred in JTBC's "18 Again" where he acted with Lee Do Hyun, Golden Child's Choi Bomin, Roh Jeong Eui, Kim Ha Neul, Yoon Sang Hyun, Wi Ha Joon, and many more.
His bad boy image in "18 Again" continued on his next hit drama, "True Beauty," which aired in the same year until January of 2021.
Around this time, Hwang In Yeop garnered massive followers on Instagram due to his role in the rom-com series that he starred alongside Cha Eun Woo and labelmate Moon Ga Young.
In "True Beauty," Hwang In Yeop evoked the "second lead syndrome" for portraying Han Seo Joon.
Meanwhile, the breakout star will work with Ji Chang Wook and Choi Sung Eun in Netflix's original series "The Sound of Magic," previously known as "Annarasumanara." It is rumored to meet the viewers in the last quarter of 2021.
Recently, he is confirmed to lead the forthcoming SBS drama "Why Oh Soo Jae?" alongside Seo Hyun Jin. The series is slated to premiere in the first half of 2022.
Plus, Hwang In Yeop is one of the candidates that the fans voted to star in the "Princess Hours" remake.
Song Geun Hee appeared in "Mystic: Pop-Up Bar" and "Missing: The Other Side." Ko Gun Han who played as Yeon Geun participated in "Kkondae Intern," "Sweet Home," "Revolutionary Sisters," and "You Are My Spring."
