Following the first two episodes, the much anticipated "One Ordinary Day" episode 3 graced the small screen filled with heart-thumping and spine-chilling scenes.

'One Ordinary Day' Episode 3: Kim Hyun Soo Becomes a Detained Weakling in Prison

In the previous episode, Kim Hyun Soo (Kim Soo Hyun) pleaded for his innocence despite the pile of evidence against him, and the crucial testimony of an eyewitness that they saw him in Hong Guk Hwa's (Hwang Se On) house.

However, even without trial, he is already considered guilty for the public, resulting in his imprisonment.

As a new criminal who enters the prison, Kim Hyun Soo faces a number of death threats from intimidating convicted prisoners. He also witnesses his fellow prisoners beat up another weakling, showcasing a strong-eats-weak mentality.

Because of this, he tries to call someone from the authorities but Park Doo Sik (Yang Kyung Won) cuts off his call. He then pushes Kim Hyun Soo against a wall and threatens him with a sharp blade disguised with a toothbrush, while being surrounded by other members of the gang.

This scene didn't escape Do Ji Tae's (Kim Sung Kyu) eyes. Luckily, Park Doo Sik stops his evil plans after Do Ji Tae darts his piercing gaze at them.

Third-rate lawyer Shin Jun Han plans to hit two birds with one stone. Although he is genuine in helping Kim Hyun Soo prove his innocence, he also wants to prove everyone that he is also a mighty lawyer who is deserving to be called "defender of justice."

Shin Jun Han visits Kim Hyun Soo in prison and tries to be friendly with him, coaching the younger man to open up to him.

To no avail, Kim Hyun Soo avoids his advances and treats him formally, turning his offer down.

He needs to prove himself and Kim Hyun Soo's innocence, and he will do anything to give him justice.

During Park Doo Sik and Kim Hyun Soo's wild and threatening encounter, Do Ji Tae's presence sent the bastard Park Doo Sik away.
